Mileage grows to 92k...should I worry about NX 150

How many of you have blown something based on our cars starting to get old?

I have all the safety features recommended, but the car is getting close to 100k miles, and I just wonder if 150hp wet shot is still safe?

    Thanks for the stories/lessons.

I'd stick w a 100 shot unless you got dollars for a rebuild.

    And a second car.

My 94 Z28 had 134K and I was spraying a 150 shot on it since 60k. It never would die, and didn't even blow smoke. I only pulled the motor for a 355 set up that I installed. I wouldn't worry about it as long as you keep your car regulary tuned up with plugs, fuel filter etc...

129,xxx miles here. Factory oil pump, timing chain, small cam, with a 200 shot out of the gate.

I wouldn't worry with a 150 shot. Run it till it blows then you'll have a good reason to build a monster motor.

Thanks guys. Good to know a lot of you are not having any issues.

I like having the 150 since I really do not have many other mods.

    Nittos full time for me!

Right, and I am running FPSS and MSD 6400 pill, so I would think I would be okay, but you never can tell.
