Matching jets...
So im 90% done with my Zex install..
I get to the poing of putting the jets (Wet Kit) into the spray nozzel and i though i would just get two jets with the same sized opening. The kit starts at 100hp and thats what i want to start with, so i go looking for the 2 jets that have the smalles openings. Well to my surprise all the jets that i get do not match each other.. They start at like a .28 and go to a .33 and up. So i figure i just use the .28 and .33 but im not sure which will go on which line, or if that is the right jets for 100hp...
PLEASE HELP!

did it not come with the jet chart?
according to the zex chart i have, a 100 shot is fuel 30 / nitrous 46Cold Air Intake, Muffler Delete, Vinci High Performance Dual Valve Springs, Hardened Pushrods, Yella Terra 1.85 Rockers, Some Hydropdipped Stuff, Strut Tower Brace, Some SS Badges, boost/vacuum gauge, fuel pressure gauge, some checkered stripes, drilled/slotted rotors, ZL1addons Stealth wickerbill, Ruxifey LED side markers

You need to call them to make sure you have the right jets.
I'm in the process of installing a Zex kit myself.......NOT IMPRESSED!!
Do me a favor..... When you tap your solenoids do the rattle inside. ALL 3 of these do which to me is scary. Not to mention these things are huge and not even bottom flow solenoids. Come on it's 2007 and they are still using a NOS 1992 design. NO THANKS

Ill have to check maybe i do have a chart...
Yes all the solenoids are rattling (even purge), and damn those filter fitting where a bitch! I even called there tech guy (total moron) who advised me to get the fitting as deep into the solenoids as possible.. Sooo out come the electrical impact wrench.. Those fitting are NEVER comming out.. Hey there tech dept is who advised me..LOL. After that i said screw it and just put the rest in as far as i could getm with a wrench..
Other then the fittings i had a pretty smoth install, i still need to finish up the electrical, but all under hood is done.

installing kit now just need plugs and nitrous
my chart reads 100 hp jet #28fuel and 52n20
150 hp jet #33 fuel and 64n20
200hp 40 74
250hp 52 88
my filter fittings were a pain but solenoids dont rattle so far everything operational just dont have the juice to it yet

Well i found my jet chart.. It was on the page that my buddy spilled pepsi all over, and the chart was unrecognizable. Thank God you can downlaod insturctions from their website..
All my switches are done except the bottle heater. I still need to run the wires for.
Heater, drill for blowdown tube(maybe), and program the electronics and im good to go!! Getting pretty excited about it...
