On the LT1, I'd say go to a 100 shot. That'll get you in the ball park of ur buddy in the C6!
On the LS1 go right for the 150 shot. You'll blow the doors off the C6 and wonder why you hadn't done nitrous sooner!

Heck no, hammer him on the 150. Your car will love it too...
You can drop the 125 pills in, but they won't last a week in there when you know you can go to 150 just the same!

If its the 6.0, then I believe its around 400-480HP @ the flywheel depending on the year. I'm sticking to my first statement! Put in the 150 shot and just blow his doors off! LOL

The earlier C6 is usually good for around 355 - 370 at the wheels. The 2008 model with the LS3 should be around 380 - 400 @ the wheels (430 at the flywheel).
Given your current mods and the differences in weight and the Corvette's ability to effectively transfer the power to the pavement, a 100 shot should do the trick. That being said, just jet it for a 150 shot and you wouldn't have a thing to worry about!2002 Camaro SS M6, 2.5 PRC 5.3L heads, TFS 228/230 cam, FAST 92, bolt ons + a 10 lb bottle in the back.
1989 Corvette L98, A4, Full bolt ons, etc.
