    231/237 cam longtubes ls6 intake speed inc tuned 360rwhp????

    Hello everyone I read this site every day and finally decided I need to become a member. Last summer I had 231/237 si5 cam put in at speed inc with longtubes, ls6 intake and already had the lid. I had it dyno tuned and yes I picked up some power and it runs and idles like a dream. Let me know if anyone wants to see the dyno. I think I will get heads next summer or just go straight for NOS...Does anyone think my numbers are low or maybe just makes more low end rpm power as well being a somewhat smaller cam?

    An unlocked automatic trans will put out a lower number than a 6spd will. With out knowing your whole combination its hard to judge. We're spraying 150 on a 233/239 cam and in the logs she has picked up quite a bit with every jet change. So your cam should handle the spray fine.

    With stock internals he can handle 75-125 shot ok, however going with more he'll need to start investing in parts and tuning get the bang without grenading the motor.
