That is what Scott Settlemeyer told us, he said that they were not planning on making any 02 camaro's because the new saftey standers had changed for head impact and they weren't going to make any and he told us he had to fight extremely hard to get any made and then the ss models general motors achknowledged his hard work to get the camaro's safe enough to produce and honorable named the 2002 ss after him.
