Put the carpet back in. With mine out, it is obnoxiously loud to me. You'll be surprised how much louder it is without carpet. Plus, it looks better with it in, imo.
Yeah I think i'm doing the same. Plus getting a sprayer, covering it all in case of overspray, etc. just seems rolling would be way easier. I just don't want it to look botched up since i'm leaving my carpet out.
I'll probably roll it on, just so I have more control over where it's going.
Nice dude, i'm waiting too. Once it hits March/April hits and it gets warmer i'm puttin my T/A in my parents garage for a few days and doing it. I just don't have a sprayer and i'm wondering if its better and will turn out better if I got one vs rolling it on. Spray cans are like $20 a pop or else i'd do it. I hope to have it tuned fully by Frost around the same time
I haven't done it yet, trying to decide where I can do it, since it's cold out.
Dude that's great! I'll definetely come up for that, just let me know when. I have to do the same with my interior. I have no carpet in it right now and found rust so i'm gonna POR-15 it as well in the summer. Did you roll it on or do you have a sprayer to do it? I'm debating getting a sprayer to do it, I think i'm just gonna leave it out especially since POR-15 is so durable
My car club is going to be doing a track day in March or April...are you interested in coming up for it?
She's going good. I got her running, tuned and back on the street whopping ass again...destroyed a new M5 only 2 hours after I got the tuning done. I currently have the interior out...I'm going to get the roll cage welded in, POR-15 the the entire interior, put new carpet in, and then put the new seats and harnesses in.
Hey Jeremy, how's Nymphadora coming along? Thought I saw on a thread you got her up and running again
I only go to the track if I know someone who will be there, so I guess that is a "yes if you're going"
