    Yeah, the flaking paint was really weird, never seen that before. I ended up getting two 4 0z. cans of POR-15 and am using part of one to coat over the floor pan area where the peeling was. I changed out all but one sparkplug wire and new boot heat protectors (guess which one I can't get to?)....

    Yeah, those secondary air injection valves carbon up pretty good. Its usually a good idea to remove them once a year and clean the inside with carb cleaner and a brake cleaner chaser.
