LOL. Yeah I bet he is handy to have around when you can't get something to budge! I'm at 410 on the flat and 435 on the decline right now, and i've always heard of guys benching over 550 but never met one. I knew a guy that was right at 500 though.

i couldnt even imagine doing that much.. its ridiculous.. i dont know what the rest of them bench.. but they are all about the same size.. i know they all do 500 plus.

Damn I'm only at like 250 on the flat...I only weigh 160 though.

these guys range from 210-280..

jason is like 5'10 or 5'11 and 280lbs
chris is about 6'1 or 6'2 and 280 lbs
chad is about 5'11 and 220 lbs
bobby is about 6'0 and 230 lbs

theres a few more.. but those are the only ones i know, or could make a pretty good guess at.. they arent fat by ANY means.. but not PURE muscle.. if your doing 500+ and weigh around 250.. your not that big(fat) at all.. lol

they are some big ass boys to say the least.. haha

i never have to worry about going anywhere with them, someone wants to fight.. i just step back, a few of them LOOOOVE to fight.. haha

Thats crazy...Before the gym I weighed 145. I am kinda short at 5'9" though.

i have weighed 175 for about the last 5 years or so... weather i wasnt working out, or i was doing 300 on bench... im 5'10.. when i work out though, i lose weight cause i do a lot of cardio, so thats why i have stayed the same weight..
