Yeah, I would hope all U.S. cars give us TRUE big blocks with todays technology in them, which would seriously equal death to the imports for real. I respect EVO's STI's and Especially the GTR, but true big block American power would destroy.

I agree, unfortunately. My AMERICAN muscle car was made in Canada. As were most of them out there. Most of the Fords are made outside of the country as well.. Mexico, Canada.. This technically makes them Imports.. whereas Toyota's, Honda's, Subaru's etc Hell Even Mercedes and BMW have production plants here.. That would make them Domestics no ?

Sure you did. I know guys with Evos with full bolt ons, meth injection, upped boost pressure (30PSI), hybrid turbos, and cams that get whooped by cammed LS1's. So no way your car with bolt ons and cams on a stock turbo was "walking away" from non-cammed LS1's.

My car was stock turbo, pump gas, (no meth injection). It had all the bolt-ons and cams. I got called out by this dude with a 98 T/A LS1 auto. He had an intake and 1 other thing. I knew the race would be a joke. I obliterated this thing, he video taped. He jumped too I went 11.9@118mph with those mods. I later added a turbo upgrade and the meth, blah blah. Car is sold now though!

BTW Wesman, you'd be suprised to hear, as you know I sold my EVO a year ago this month, and Im currently driving an 08 Lexus IS, but next week I may be trading in the Lexus on a 2003 Z06 w/11k miles

Oh and if you know any full bolt-on LS1s, even a cammed one that is looking to run an EVO, I have a guy down here itching for some good races. Ill give him one once I get the Z06 and mod it, but for now...

Also just replaying to this. Dont you remember the kill story over on LS1tech. A guy in a bolt-on LS1 Camaro wrote he got whooped by a blue EVO, saying and I quote "he pulled hard." You want me to dig that up? Also there was Drew from NJ on LS1Tech who I met up with and raced in his T/A which was cammed. We went door to door, you can ask him too. I dont even want to argue about that though, since I dont even have an EVO anymore. Hell, I might be a permanent member here soon haha.
