Unhappy Whats hanging from my car?

OK I pull up to my house in the wifes car and suddenly notice a black tube under my car hanging to the ground. I crawl under my car and find that there is a hose that is clipped to my crossmember but is hanging to the ground with an open end. I can't find what this hose attaches too (maybe the trans). Is this a drain hose or do I have issues.

It is probably a vent hose.
