whats it take to get 300 rwhp on v6 in a 1999 maro,firechicken

well their are a few ways. all depends on how much u wanna spend
1. full bolt ons and 125 shot of spray. and a lot of tuning
2. full bolt ons...monster cam....awsome flowing heads and a hell of a good tune.
3. FI...(turbo, s/c). and a lot of tuning
These are listed in order of least cost to most. You can see the reaccuring theme in all these is tuning. without it your going nowhere. I would think of what u want diffrently. as in do u want a reliable street/strip car? all out race car? The best way to test your setup is by track times though, not so much the hp numbers.

i love my stang,but have a chance to get v6 maro..but dont wanna spend over 2g..

with 2g i would say take option number one. they key is to do it right though. headers, lid, exhuast, injectors, fuel pump, wet nitrous kit with all the saftery switches. and a shit ton of tuning.
