man, sorry i left ya hangin in the other thread that got locked.. i couldnt get on for a day or two...... i laughed when i saw the 450hp cobra say hed race me for money any time and take it...... i was like sounds good to me, but didnt get a chance to tell him that i would accept and whoop that ass in the process!

for some reason a lot of cobra owners think that just becaue they have 100 more hp they will smoke us....

i also enjoy them saying UNLESS you have a track only car that has weight reduction and a huge ass stall and gears you cant beat me.... while it CLEARLY says:

wouldnt me having a TRACK ls1 and a DD ls1 give in idea to how much faster my track car would be??? morons..

Some people just don't get it man. Suprisingly I was over in the Mustang forum and most of the Cobra and S197 owners aren't like that. I 'killed' my buddies 03 Cobra last night and posted the story over there and suprisingly none of the guys came across as cocky. I don't know what's up with these stang guys that come over here but they give most of those guys a bad name in my opinion. Those guys know how deadly you guys' LS1's can be!

What are they like low 14's stock?

Most drivers in the low 14s, good DA will see a high 13. I ran a 14 flat stock first time ever at the track. My buddy's 2000 auto z28 runs the exact same times stock. The track isnt too high but the altitude is around 1000ft at the track.
