    17 & 18 z06 on 2002 Camaro z28 !HELP!

Right now i have a 2002 z28 Camaro pritty much all stock...

theres the stock rims on it 16x8 w/ 245/50/R16 rubber & 55 offset.... all around

I want to buy some z06 corv motorsports 17x9.5 fronts and 18x10.5 rears

I plan on putting 265/40/R17 rubber on the front and 295/35/R18 on the rears

Since the side wall is shorter but rims r bigger i dont think my veritical clearence will be an issue but im slightly worried about the inside of the tire getting to close to suspension pieces

offsets for fronts r 54mm and rears r 58mm btw

If anyone has mounted these sizes before or have done it for anyone id love to know if every thing worked out or if i will be needing smaller width rubber or anything else

Im not to hot to tire/rim knowledge so any help would be greatly appreciated.

hey man were here no worries,

i have 275-40-18's up front and 295-35-18's out back, my car is lowered, and all you will need to do is get an aftermarket adjustable panhard bar and pound in the inner fenders just a little bit to keep the inside tires off of them. other than that i run that size with no issue what so ever good luck, and here is a pic of that size on my car

since your running 275 up front and im planning on running 265 do u still think im gonna have to beat in the fender or mayb this can be avoided with a 1/4 inch spacers or something

and also that panhard bar, isnt it used to raise and lower your car, do u think ill be able to get away without using one, or will it be nessesary to clearences.

sorry bout so many questions, not a real big tire/rim/suspension person.

FIrst off you don't do anything to the front and they will bolt right up. No spacers! The rear you will need to do the BFH mod or "Big F'n Hammer mod to the inner wheelwells of your rear. This is a matter of fitting the wheels on the car and observing clearance around that area, you'll need no spacers at all!! I personally run 17x13 custom Lambo wheels with 335/35/17 on mine and just had to massage the wheelwells a little.
