running with a bike like that is going to take alot. in the 1/4 its possabil but you would not run them on the top end unless you try to billd a land speed car. the 1000 is faster in the 1/4 then the busa but the busa leaves the 1000 after that unless its got a mod or two. the busa will run over 200 mph from the factory with the limiter removed. and thats with out any mods.

Bikes are tough, the power to weight ratio is hard to beat. I have ran several bikes and only beat a few. Those are generally the smaller 6-700 cc type. Even back in the 80's when the 900 Kawasaki's were the bike to have. And most of the time I had to bank on the rider making a mistake.
But compared to todays bikes I wouldn't even bother messing with a 1,000 cc sport bike. I only make 638 HP with no power adders. You really start stretching the realm of streetable HP without any type of power adder, I'm at my limit as far as a true street car goes without stroking the motor for more cubes to work with, and/or a power adder. And as stated above,,,racing them at the track isn't possible at any of the tracks I frequent,,,they just don't run the cars and bikes together. More than likely a safety/insurance issue.

I pulled an R1 from a 45mph roll twice at 25psi (811rwhp). Haven't run into a Busa though.
