    If you saw this, you'd think the non-police camaro was undercover, hence why he raced. Did he have his dome lights on? Not that it matters but it would help.

    No he didn't. atleast while we were racing.

    Ontario is the same way with reporting street racing, even if the accident had nothing to do with racing. If fact, the new (Bill 203) now HTA 172 got put through on political BS. Street racing is not something anyone wants to get caught doing in Ontario, on the spot 7 day license suspension, 7 day vehicle impoundment, min $2000.00 fine if convicted. Nope, racing is for the track anymore in my Province. They even charge an on duty Cop for it just this past month, because driving 50kph or 30 mph over the limit is considered street racing.
