You'll kill it not as bad as like the earlier mustangs but you'll beat them still. Are you a4 or m6 don't be afraid of a m3 the 08's are suppose to have some balls but any before that you'll eat.

Im M6 w/ SLP lid and LMII, debaffled ram air, smooth bellows, short stick and SFC's. The later M3 cars are nice but i know ill smoke em. I think me and my mom are gonna go test the new one soon. They just opened a new BMW dealer not to far from me.

Save yourself 30k go look at the g8 puts 301 to the wheels stock, 5 seats more comfortable then the bmw's looks really nice rides smooth just go dive one trust me you'll love it.

I'm not trying to be mean but from a roll if you can't beat a early 2000 bmw with a stock m6 ls1 you need some driving lessons. My friend with a turbo focus can hand those there ass could be mostly driver but those m3's are nothing. Even the 06 they put up more of a fight but i've never had one keep up with. Now I have just the slp cold air and slp lm1 exhaust and the short shifter but I was beating those stock one the freeway and from a dig.

I use to have a convertible 01 M3 weighed about 3781lbs and 310rwhp although the new mustang Gt's arent anything to cry about i pulled on one easily in my M with no issues. I wish i had a chance to race a LS1 car, not thinking i wouldve beat one but out of curiousity. There are plenty of M3's out there with Ebay Headers, exhuast, intake and tune that pull easily 310-320RWHP yes some will pull less and with there gearing they pull really well on the highway especially from a inline 6. Even though it had good handling, braking and looks amoung other things i sold it and went back to a LS1 and never looked back, either way a good kill.
