Nice vid. I would be in jail for sure. You can do that in an F-body, Cobra or anything though not just a Vette. I guess I like the extra seats and higher ride.

My wife hates fast driving and even she was wow'd by that. Eyes were glued to the screen.

its not that hard to believe, the cobra has ~90-100 rwhp and weighs in ~600 lbs. more in covert form.

btw i have the same mods (cai, pulley, exhaust, tune) in a vert as well.

Don't get me wrong, I like the 2003-04 Cobras a lot, but a C5Z is a whole different league of car. The C5Z is a thinly-disguised race-car for the street. For a daily-driver, I can see buying a modded Cobra for sure, but for a weekend toy that sees 1/4mi AND road courses? Well, I purchased a Z16, so my choice is obvious...
Good kill on the Z06 and I have seen fasnakes videos on corvetteforum...he can drive!
