stripping needs to be treated so that it doesn't dry.

Is the top all the way up? Do you see a gap between the weatherstrip?

Is it only when you drive or just when the car sits or both?

it does it both times..... i can see the area its leaking.... right in the front corners of the vert top where the windshiel;d and the top meet..... both sides and also the rear corners of the top where it meets the door glass...... theres like a 2 foot long pad on either side of the top above the windows... it leaks on either corner of that on both driver and pass side....

I think he is talking about the window tracks. They could be sticking a little. Can you post a pic of the gap? That would help out a lot.

I had the same prob with my 94 convertible, and my 97 convertible, you may just have to replace the weatherstripping. My 94 has a serious problem with the rear window leaking, so i may just get a new top. If you can find an upholstery shop that is privately owned they will do it for pretty cheap(I got my 97 redone for 200$).

01 vert.... I bet the windows need to be adjusted inward to fit tighter to the weatherstripping. Now how you go about doing that is another story.
