Dammit!!!!!!!!!!

My car let me down tonight. I pull out of work (sideways for fun) and this 2 door vw (gti i think) pulls up on me, I see the front mount intercooler and hear the turbo spool as he winds down at the light. Im tryin to be good, and ignore him (cops like to sit right up the road from my work) but I was just feelin it tonight. So I tach up to around 1700 (ideal launch with m6 and 18 inch nexens) and start to let the clutch up (just enough to nose up from torque), light goes green, I lay it down.

Owned him for first (even through nasty sideways inducing wheelspin), nailed second at 200 from redline, dusted him but 3 cars by now, and my goddamn!!!!! clutch pedals gets stuck halfway

(when this happens I have no synchro mesh, thus no more gear) so I start double clutching to get the pedal back, and he catches me, i finally smash third, but lost so much speed he was able to do a goddamn ricer flyby on me. I almost went off the road trying to find any gear, but it was over by then, so I just took my turn and went home, cussin my car out the whole way

. Dammitt!!!! This would have been my first race since getting her back after four months.

well i'd say you still won .. since you were 3 cars ahead of him before the clutch pedal stuck

lol j/p with you man. Atleast you didnt say ur v-tech didnt kick in yo. I wouldnt call that a kill you owned him by 3 cars and he knows it

I wish it was justa ricer excuse. That would mean my car was in top running order.
I know I owned him, but I hate gettin hit with the ricer flyby

. I would have been fine if it was my 03 maxima that this happened in, I have a huge warranty on that. When the 99 breaks, that all comes out of pocket.

And with a 9 month old daughter, and workin 60 hours a week, I have no time to work on it myself. Means I have to bring it to a shop.

However, I can talk to the techs at the dealership I work at, maybe one of them can hook me up. We'll see.
