they are junk compared to the ls1, this of course is my opinion, not wanting to get into a silly argument with you.

but,. without a turbo or blower they make minimal power and are expensive to mod.

I guess the LS1 is gods gift to engines. Because the 4.6 DOHC doesnt make as much power N/A as the almighty LS1, it = junk. with that logic, it's the same as saying the LS1 is junk, because when compared to a BB, ford or chevy, because it will never make the same power.

and making "minimal power" is a bit extreme.

saying that probably makes me look like an ignorant narrow minded asshole who knows nothing about cars or engines or capabilities of engines.

what i was trying to say is, without the blower on a 32 valve, it gets real expensive to make n/a power, not necessarily junk but just not worth it, but still that makes no sense either because your cobra came blown why the hell would anyone take off the blower,

guess it was extreme, i will give that one to you,

see, but you're still missing the whole... MACH1/99-01 Cobra... part of the story... with no Factory Power Adders... and the fact that the Mach1 is a very good match for any F-body...and can be made very fast...N/A... would probably not reach the power levels of a LS1... but hey... it's still nice lookin...and fast... so who cares?

if we all took the most efficient route, we'd all be driving the same cars (probably pintos) with the same mods (probably something with a huge engine). No sense really in calling other cars or their engines junk, just the fact that they went a different route makes yours a lil more unique, same with theirs.........
