They are more than 300hp to the crank. They are putting down 270-280rwhp stock, its become common knowledge they are at least 330hp to the crank. Nonethless, they are a little heavier than a stock Fbod and a stock LS1 will make some more power so it should pull them. Watch out if they have the flash though!

A friend of mine back home has an 07 335i pearl blue... it's gorgeous. I went for a ride in it once and wasn't too impressed. He got the paddle shifters over the stick shift and we also had a 400 lb passenger lol, but it seemed pretty quick. I never got a chance to race him this summer cuz he was breaking it in. next year i'll lay the smack down tho!

Procede v2 will be the first mod to the N54 when/if I pick up my 135i m sport in t minus 14 months.

The 135i may be my next car as well. I have to drive it and see it in person to see if I actually like the styling. Otherwise, Im going to just get a 335i.

The specs are out for the 135i though and its weight will be "Weight is 3,380 lbs, or about 200 lbs less than the 335i Coupe" It says 0-60 in 5.1 seconds (which is typical conservative from BMW). However, I just really like the looks of a 335i and not so much the 135i, but since hte 135i is cheaper and lighter (so faster!) its going to come down to just how it looks in person for me!

With just full exhaust, fmic, and Procede, 370-380rwhp would be a great fun car!

I'm sure you know better than I do, but the weight you quoted above is BMW's "unladened" weight I think (I think that is the term they use). For a base curb weight, as would be calculated by US or Jap car companies, wouldn't the weight be closer to 3,200lbs?

You had the term very close! Just remove the "un"! Yes though, I am pretty sure you are correct in that BMW releases weights that are basically above what they actually are, so this car may be closer to 3200lbs. If thats the case, that would be great!

The 335i is going an average of mid 13s in the quarter at usually 105-106mph. So with 200+lbs less weight, it should be going consistent low 13s at around 107-109mph. That would be nice too! Of course, this is just speculation, but it should be accurate.

I really was looking hard at the 135 until BMW released the price and weight specs. Suffice it to say, an LS3 powered camaro (presumably) has jumped over the 135 on my short list.

Is there an estimate on how much the new Camaro will weigh? I was disappoitned in the weight of the 135i as well. It is slightly quicker than a 335i stock (one mag I saw just went 13.3@106).

If you can drive your M6, you won't have a problem. The 335 is a high 13 second car (13.7-13.9) range, and though a respectable performer, not quite in LS1 range.
