I wouldn't say they are great wait till you have a problem like an item on back order or trouble with shipping then tell me they are great. People need to remember that doing what a company adverstises they will do does not equate to great customer service it's standard business practice. Great customer service comes into play when there is a problem. I had a problem and a month later it's still a problem and I've had to initiate a charge back.

Yep, i agree.. they keep giving me the run around and delaying shipping my clutch for some reason.. Then they try charging you $100 for shipping a clutch kit on 5 day ground?? I called them up and had them look it up on UPS's website as I was, and it only costs around $30 to ship it 5 day ground, so they're gonna ship it 2nd day air for $120..

which would be fine, but they just told me they might not get around to shipping it today

Good luck with that. I finally got my chargeback resovled yesterday. I never received one call from this company to resolve this problem before going the chargeback route. They actually had the nerve to ask me "What do you want us to do about it" when I called to tell them I never recieved my master cylinder.

Yep, I"m cancelling everything from them. Ordering my parts from scoggins dickey right now.

1. Better customer service
2. They don't overcharge you $75 for 5 day ground shipping
3. They ship it when they say they will

Now I can't even get a hold of them to cancel my order..

If you need a clutch master cylinder do an ebay search for camaro master cylinder and call the dealership in the ebay listing. They have solid customer service and really good prices. Shipping was cheap and quick I got my part in 4 days.

Yeah I just ordered it from scoggins dickey, they shipped it out today..

They're standard shipping was $35 dollars compared to fred beans who were trying to charge $100.

But I payed $60 and it should arrive on thursday
