WS6 Store and DHL.

I bought a set of D/S rotors on 9/4 from WS6 Store. Later that evening the order showed complete and shipped. On the WS6 Store site it does say 1-3 days before item is shipped. I called on 9/7 wondering where the parts were since it did say shiped. The person I talked to said that item is on back order 3-4 days. He stated the site even states that. I made sure to point out the site said 1-3 days. I then asked if they had and date it might ship. They again said 3-4 and I said okay so sometime the next week. Around 7 ish that same night WS6 called me and stated the item had shipped and gave me a tracking number. I was like cool well maybe sometime next week.

This week and DHL Ship arrival date was 9/11

Parts shipped on 9/7... And now DHL can not find my house.

Long Story short.... Dont order from WS6 Store... And DHL... Well they just suck.. CA,UT,CO (Colorado what why),MO... Okay why not just drive I-40........

I have order some things from WS6 store and no problems like that. When i ordered some decals they took longer because they were custom. It stated that they shipped but didnt. I believe it says shipped when the payment is received. They also just order some parts from other places. My sfc and tubular lca and phb came from UMI instead of WS6 store but i ordered them from WS6 store. That might be what happened to you but i dont know. I havent gotten anything from DHL but it is mostly UPS and FedX here.

The problem with DHL is that they're basically contract labor. You will never have the same delivery guy more than once, so it's not your usual UPS guy you see almost daily. In TX, they're hispanic, barely understand english and are always late, if they show at all. Don't blame Ws6, blame DHL.

any canadians out there... good luck with ws6 store, you can only talk to one person there, and he doesn't seem to like to return phone calls or emails

Ups can drop a package from 30,000 feet in the air and have it land safely on my doorstep. However DHL can even find the road i live on

buying from ws6 store worked for me, they usually tell you the order processing time 1-3days, but if the part(s) are on back order that is not their problem. so 1-3 days processing window assuming parts are in stock. then the DHL part, well that's a different story... FedEx, USPS and UPS all have hickups very seldom as well, I would order any day from ws6 store again.
