I can't decide between those heads or PRC's LS6 heads without the h/c i'd say about 350 and with them installed i'd say at least 420 depending on what cam you go with. Check out my sig and you can see what kind of power i'm making with their 228r cam, i'm hoping to be at about 450RWHP with the heads.

I personally would go with hogged out LS6 heads as opposed to the 5.3l heads. the 5.3l heads are good too but most guys get those when going forced induction as the 5.3l head is going to lower your compression.....I agree with said above I would say you are around 350-360 now. with ported heads and a cam in the mid 230 duration with healthy lift I would say you will be in the 450-470 range considering you have the 90/90 combo. I hope you already have a stronger rear end.

I was under the impression that those heads raised your compression not lowered it.

You might be right. I cant remember honestly as I have never really been interested in forced induction. I just remember alot of FI guys using those heads. I love the sound of a N/A car personally.
