Generic Posts
You guys kill me with your generic opinions of the other brand! To say that stock C5 Z06's are slow is expressing genuine stupidity. With 457 RWHP and 470 RWTQ you have what I would consider to be a Bad Car. Here is my .02 definition for potential every day drivable cars with 1/4 mile times of:
Under 14 secs. quick, Under 13 secs. fast, under 12 secs. Bad, Under 11 secs. Badder, Under 10 secs. BADDEST! I would love to find a Cobra like yours to race and if it had your kind of power and the person could drive at all I would lose. I'd give them a thumbs up and wait for the next oportunity to run someone without putting others at risk. RUN WHAT YOU BRUNG AND HOPE YOU BRUNG ENOUGH!!!! If you didn't then don't whine about what the other car has or what yours doesn't just Man Up and say good kill! I had an 01' WS6 that I sold and now I have an 03' Z06 that I consider to be fast. I would be driving an 06' Shelby GT500 but $34,000 for the Z06 in my sig. vs. $$$$$$$ for the GT500 end of story. When and if I get beat by a GT500 I won't say BUT YOU PAID MORE MONEY AND HAVE A SUPER CHARGER! Bank on it.02' Z06 EB/EB 4.6K miles, Longtubes, Off-road X, Pypes X-back, Blackwing CAI, Comp. Red Tint Jewelcoat- 2008 Trailblazer SS
You won't get beat by the GT500.
Probably a decent race, but I don't see you losing to a stock one.

Hope not.
Horse power per pound will keep me in the race so it will depend on drivers. I had an A4 in the WS6 so I got spoiled in the ease of straight line racing. The Z06 revs so fast I keep bouncing off the rev limiter in first and second. Guess I'm getting too excited. I'll tune it in eventually!!

YEAH!! SERIOULY NOW I want to know what the F*CK Dodge has been doing these past 5 years++? Playing with themselves? They can only make 500hp out of that 8.0li V10? WTF is going on there? I used to think the Viper was pretty tight (still is, amazing to see one in person) but the looks are the only thing remaining impressive..........

um ok was that pointed towards me or were you just using my quote. the viper was my first dream car. also the only reason why they use the v10 is becuase its a viper trademark..and alot/all the viper owners/enthuisists insisted on the v10. i hate to say it but they can pull close to 500 out of their 6.1 v8s..even easier if they bumped up their litres..dodge does the massive hp/tq thing well.

The Viper just weighs more and has higher gears, both in the tranny and rear end. So it loses to the ZO6 every time.
