O.K... Price being no object, what is truly the hot set-up for wires and plugs?

And have any of you tried the MSD coils, and if so are they worth the cost?

I just ordered a set from summit they are they taylor 10.4 mm race wires Taylor Cable 79203 - Taylor 409 Pro Race Spiro-Wound Core Spark Plug Wires and they rate them at 50 ohms resistance. They cost 64.99 plus a few for shipping.

    Not worth the cost
If you want coils do some research on truck coils

Is this a manufactory's claim? Do you have dnyo numbers of this? Before and after? A lot of manufactory's claim to add "up to" h.p. which from my experiece the "up to" h.p. can never be acheived.

What does everyone think about changing stock plugs to AC Delco's Iridium plugs?

Are you saying the AC Delcos are cheap or the NGK's are cheap. I don't want cheap, I want the best I can find.

The NGK's are a less costly plug. The Delco Iridiums are a great plug, but about double the price, if not more.

I wasn't sure, but thats what I thought. I think they are $6.95 at summit racing. I thought that was pretty good. They have a high heat rating. I am wondering if they will cause a problem running to cold.

Looks like the correct part number for the Iridiums is 41-110. Not sure what you mean by "high heat rating". No one has ever posted about an Iridium plug related issue that I am aware of.

    plugs

I read some where that if the plug has too high or too low of a heat rating it could cause issues. Just putting it out there, maybe someone knew something. Are MSD wires the way to go for low Ohms?

Are running with stock Delphi wires? What do you have? Have you heard of an MSD that works with coil packs?
