    05 M3 Vs. 99 LS1

    2 runs, one from a 10mph roll...and the other from a stop. From a roll we were dead even...all the way to 110. Then at the light we said were going on green and I was spinning and by the time I caught traction I couldnt catch up...and then we both pulled over and talked for 5 minutes and he was a cool guy. He asked me what I was running...Intake, exhaust, HP tuned, and a couple other little things. He said he was stock and I said to him "not bad for a 40 thousand dollar car, I bought mine for 12k and it keeps up." Not bad for a car that has 105k on it huh?

    If it was a Dinan, it was more that 40K. M3's are fast, I raced one on the highway a little while back, I pulled him a little, but he was REAL fast. I was cammed and full bolt-on with gears at the time.

    costs a LOOOT of money to mod those m3's to be anywhere near what some of the ls1s are on this site...belive even a stage 3 din package which is several thousand only brings the car from 333 hp up to 360 range..they sell superchargers for them that are in the 20k range....id MUCH rather have a z06 than an m3 ....get some drag rads and whoop his ass next time bro!!!

    ok heres a link guys...supercharger package on them costs 10k..my bad..and brings the hp total up to 423..that price is obviously not installed though
