Killed a fellow F-Body tonight
I decided to put the top down and take the long way home from work tonight. It was a 3 lane road and I was in the outside lane, a explorer was in the center, and a Black 98 WS6 was in the inside. He was at the stop light before me so he saw me coming up to stop. I just knew he was gonna get squirrly so I was game. Sure enough he launches on me about half a car length. He didn't get to far. I caught him in 2nd gear and wasted him in 3rd. He sounded real good. We slow down and gunn back an forth alittle then I raise my hand and count to three. We were going about 20mph and I was in 2nd gear. Well he didn't wait for my third finger and he jumps me but I took him again even worse. He pulls off and I flip a U. As soon as I pulled up to him he's asking what I got. He's cool about it and stuff so we shoot the shit for awhile. Said he just got the engine rebuilt 5k ago. Showed me his headers and x-pipe with dumps before the axel. Thats all the mods he had. I showed him my engine and he wasn't very happy. All I got is a lid and a LM2. Both cars are 6 speeds. I asked if he had a tune and he said no. Still, I can't believe I scorched him like that. Aren't verts heavier? I seriously thought I was dinner when I heard his car. I'm sure he's going to get that tune now. Then come looking for me again. It was good fun. At 36 tho I probably won't be doing 95mph in a 45 again. I'm usually under control. I guess my juevenile side came out.

Age has nothing to do with it! If there is still testosterone flowing, you will feel the urge to race and dominate. Like today, I was cruisin back from Florida up 95 and had the horrible urge to not let anyone pass me. Especially this kid in an SRT-4 who thought he would be faster than the GTO, he was wrong!

Testosterone is there. However, After a totaled mustang, jail, license suspended, more jail, etc. I guess worrying about Johnny Law has got me beat down these days. I've got some lessons under my belt already. I haven't had a ticket for anything for at least 8 years. I guess I'm due.

Havent had a ticket in a while, had a lot of accidents in my day though. I think the day I stop being an agressive driver will be the day they put me on a slab.

I def hear that, the day you hit a nice open road, you got a real upbeat awesome tune blasting on the radio, and along comes "Billy Badass" in his '02 Mustang GT laughing at your car... That's the time.

haha same here, now to get off topic for a sec... one thing i hate is around here everyone has a big ass diesel truck. and they all put some kind of crazy ass power package on them like the bully dog or what have you. and these guys like to go around black smoking people. they'l pull up next to, or in front of you and build up boost and before you know it youve got black smoke thru your window. long story short - i never let a diesel pass me.
and a nice kill husker

Got lots of tickets and have totaled out several cars but in the end it was great living in a small town where your water department is your jail, court house, electric company and mayors office all in one. lol
