BlueDriver OBD 2 smog readiness?

Hi all, I had run my 01 TA through a smog readiness check on my BlueDriver, and it had come up that it would fail based on a few issues, namely catalyst and oxygen sensor readings. I am assuming that if an inspection shop plugs into the OBD port they will perhaps see this and be forced to pipe it. I bought this car secondhand from a lady and I don't believe she had messed with the tune at all as the whole car is original up to the radio. Has anyone experienced any type of smog readiness check on their OBD reader and if so what has your experience with the smog inspection then afterwards?

Tried to delete but couldn’t so if anyone comes upon this, here is an update. The car wound up with bad knock sensors and they were replaced per the TSB and an ls6 valley swap was done also. The prior owner might’ve had a mechanic clear the code before selling it. Long story short- runs great passes smog no codes.
