    5.7 to 6.0 cam and springs.

    I recently bought a ls1 to put in my 95 1500, the guy said it has the cam and springs from the 6.0. I was just wondering how much gain in Hp that would have on it if any?

    5.7's of 2001 and 2002 used the 6.0 truck cams from the factory anyway throughout that era. They are actually smaller than the previous 2000 and earlier 5.7 cams.
