..this is obviously a sensationalist authoritarian bill, ..that is blatently unconstitutional, and has zero chance of passing the Ga legislature... every session, in just about every state legislature, you have a few asshat democrat gun Nazis who introduce Orwellian bills like this, ...any legislator can "introduce" an asshat bill...
