Which fuse
I have a service engine light, and i went to plug it up with a tuner, and it wouldn't come on. So i go to auto zone and they try but theirs did not come on.
Can anyone show me where the fuse is for it?

I do not have access to my car or books as we are on vacation, but all fuses are labeled. Start on the driver side of the dash and if it's not there go to the underhood electrical box.

Its a 2001 camaro z28. I just got it, and im getting things dealt with asap.
I hear a grinding/whine noise every time i touch the gas, when i go.
I lifted the car, and i had it in drive. It sounded like the noise was coming from the passenger side rear panel, or the drive shaft where it meets the rear end.

I was going to say the cig fuse also.
Grinding - based on where you think it's coming from sounds like the pinon bearing is on it's way out. Lift the rear up on jack stands, disconnect the drive shaft from the pinon. Now try to move the pinon side to side, up and down, in/out, try to spin it. You may need a 2nd person to turn the wheel while you listen for grinding noise. Any free play or grinding noise and your bearing needs replaced.

99% sure it is the cig lighter fuse.
Scott when I was reading your post I could just picture someone starting the car and putting it in drive to listen for the sound after disconnecting the drive shaft.
