    Pics of your trucks engine bay I don't think so. Adding e-fans requires the wire harness, sensor and when you have it tuned have them turn it on.

    Fuel hook ups might be an issue. The fuel rails are different between your intake and LS1/2/6 intakes. So that will need to be added to the list.

    EGR I would delete it and have the codes tuned out.
