Do you know who the cam is by? My guess would be in the 2200-2500 to 6xxx range based on size and lift. If you look up cams in the 23x/24x with similar lift as yours those pretty much range in the realm of what I said so that is probably what yours is but there is no way to know without knowing who made it and what lobes it was grounded on as well as other information without at dyno tune or seeing how it performs.

That's a decent amount of lift for a shorter duration cam. These numbers suggest to me that it may be a custom grind cam. JMO

    68 chevy short wide

Your gonna need a good 3600-4000 stall especially with those high gears, it should easily climb to 6800 rpm , like stated earlier it will probably start making power 2500 ish. That's quite of bit of duration for a 5.3 and for the street in general. Your on the verge of having slow stalling issues. But the lift is fairly mild. It's streetable but with out a good stall you will be disappointed cause the bottom end is going to suffer...
    68 short wide, lq4 , cam , headers, 3" exhaust, 4:10 w/ mini spool, 15" wide dragradials. 4l80e. Full tune.
