I am not familiar with the setup in these cars... I do not see a bolt or nut on the impeller. What exactly is stuck?

    Oldsmobile aurora water pump seized?

if its the water pump that takes the big special socket to remove try a little heat from a propane torch around it and use a breaker bar , they get gaulded in there and can be a bitch to get loose .

They don't seize in the housing, you just need some muscle and you need to turn it the correct way....clockwise will loosen it. Use a 24 inch breaker bar. Heat will do nothing.
