Stage 1 Monster Clutch sticking?

I am extremely new to the forum and am having issues with my 2002 Camaro SS stage 1 monster clutch.
The clutch is about a year old and has had no issues until today. While coming out of first gear, the clutch pedal didn't
come back off the floor. I wasn't driving it hard, just a normal take off from the stop light. Once I manually pulled the pedal back out, it stuck again going into third gear. I cannot get it to replicate the fault while the car is off. The fluid is at the normal level and it is not leaking
anywhere that I can see. If you have any idea of what it could be, please let me know. Thank You in advance.

sounds like a master or slave issue. assuming this is an fbody go underneath the car and disconnect the master to slave line. then go back in the car and apply some pressure to the clutch pedal with your foot for a few mins the pedal should be rock hard. if it starts to sink then the master is bad if not the issue is most likely the slave
