Remove Cats & rear O2's
My ride is a '35 Buick street rod with a 1999 LS1. I plan to remove the Cats & rear O2's. What is the down side of not programming out the O2's, just leaving them disconnected?

If you wire up a check engine light it'll stay on all the time unless you tune out the codes. Codes for the rear O2's can easily be tuned out for around $150. Highly recommend "Tuned by Frost" for a mail order tune on your PCM. The engine and trans (if you are running an e-trans) will be much happier with his tweaks.
