    Daytona vs GTO

    So I was driving to work in my 06 Charger Daytona and this GTO 04-06 wanted to play. He gunned it so did I. 1st through 2nd we were dead even. 3rd I pulled hard away from him by 5th I was probably a bus or so away from him. I thought I would lose really bad but I guess not. It didn't have the ram air hood so I don't think it was the 6.0. Not sure if it had anything done to it but it sounded like it at least had an aftermarket exhaust. I have not done anything to my charger.

    Way to go if it was a ls1 goat the field was pretty even 5.7 350hp vs 5.7 350hp. I love Mopar cars lot of grief given over the chargers being four doors now I still love the way they look! Was looking at an orange Daytona before I got my ws6 too love the mean look of them.

    My guess would be that his floormat was under the pedal to far so he was only 80% throttle

    yea they are...i've owned 2 hemi's now. My current truck didnt even have a tune available until the beginning of this year.

    what year truck do you have? I have a 2010 ram with the 'hemi' and I use a bully dog tune same engine as far as I knew didn't know the computer was any different.

    its a 2010...I looked and looked and looked and couldnt find one till the beginning of this year. Mine is a superchips tuner...all of the company's have them now from what I have seen.

    Nice truck. Is that a sport package that's what mine is. I'm not sure how to upload a picture of it though... I have a bully dog its neat has economy driving monitor and performance testing features little expensive claims 45hp on 91+ though.

    I have a 13 hemi ram there not all that. The only fast ones I have seen is a stmet 8 6 spd with some modes. Would have loves to race that now.

    02 Camaro SS, 04 GTO

    I have a friend with a 2006 Charger Daytona and we have raced several times, never once has she beaten me. My 02 SS M6 with mods just blew her away while the stock 04 GTO was more of an even match. The Goat still won by three cars. The driver does count for something though.

    I know I thought it was strange that I won. I have raced a few RTs but not Daytonas with my WS6 and blown them away, even when I was stock.

    Back to the truck thing. I rolled up on a SRT 10 in my work truck, and asked the guy about it. He didn't have a clue. I was flabbergasted. Some people really don't have a clue what they have, much less how to drive it.

    In northern Michigan a 4x4 would be cool... oh well guess I'll just have to be happy with my 2010 with the 5.7 and a cool srt hood lol
