I'm pretty sure that the GM higher ups and their lawyers are already up to speed on the countless online forums using images on a daily basis and if they have intention to go after image usage, it's probably already in the works.

GM has gotten their fair share from me from all the GM vehicles I currently own and have paid for in the past in my opinion. I don't recall seeing this in any contract when buying said vehicles.

I think that not allowing people to publish pictures taken personally, of the cars they own, is a bit over the top. There has to be some kind of work around on that. We're working on it.

Our site moderators have contacted GM and are working with them diligently to resolve this issue. We have made some progress to date. We will notify everyone as soon as we get an official response from them.
