Agreed.
In fact, I don't prefer chrome on any part of the vehicle at all. All "exposed" metal I prefer to be either flat or satin, having a stainless steel or gun metal appearance.

I got the fuel rails in finally and routed all the fuel lines. I have a ton of electrical to do but it seems to be going well so far. I also got the Speedo cable in, clutch reservoir installed and bled the system, oh, and more wiring.

Put in the 4 point harness on the front seats.
Installed an amber LED for the "Check Engine" light.
I got all the wiring and fuel lines routed and protected. Some of the routing looks good in some areas and not so good in others, but all in all I am happy with it.
Placed the radiator support up and started mapping out how I want to run my oil cooler lines.
Made my own MAF block off plate since the MSD Atomic Fuel system doesn't require it.

Had a whole new driveline made with 1350 series hardware
Protected the oil lines going to and from the oil cooler.
Part of the Dynamat install is complete and I got the amp and sub mounted and wired in the trunk.
My new tires came in the other day so I took the wheels down to have them mounted. I also replaced the center bullet cap on the wheels with a flat cap. I think it gives the car a little more of an aggressive look.

I finally got the fenders on and was able to build up the induction and cooling system as well as finish out a few odds and ends.
I'm pretty happy with the way the stance came out, it has a nice aggressive look without being over the top.
New windshield, it was hard to see through the tarp.
SUNDAY, SUNDAY, SUNDAY. My plans are to start the engine for the first time in just a couple of days. Hopefully everything goes well and I will post a video if it does. Wish me luck.

Only problem I see with this whole project... is that it is not setting in my garage!
Awesome work - very clean and detailed. I am guessing you have a Type "A" plus personality?

Badass man. Good luck with the first start!
