well driving to my girl friends apartment tonight and i was getting in my car and evo went by silver de spoilered and he let me hear his BOV. so i get in and follow get up to him and get on the highway and put it in third then dropped to 2nd at 45-50ish and he decided to try and do a fly by so i nailed it and kinda evened out with him and he wasnt able to get in my lane to keep going. We slow down and he does the same thing so i nail it again un expected and same out come. so i still wanted a clean race even though i stuck with him good enough to no let him pass i wanted to see what would happen since it was definitely modded. so i get beside him again and yell at him and tell him to slow down and he does and i see him look down at his gauges and what not and i start honking from a 45 and on the second honk he starts brake boosting me and third one i nail it and we stick for a lil bit and all i hear is turbo hit 3rd and pull a little bit prolly half a car and the turbo just kept getting louder, i had to look at my rpms to shift to 4th becuase i couldnt hear my car and when i hit 4th he was at my rear bumper and i could still hear his turbo! i just kept thinking when is he going to pass me cuz turbo just kept getting louder. My car is definetely not a quiet one by any means. After ended 4th i might have had 2 cars on him maybe. i took my exit which stays parrallel to the highway we were on and i slow down and i stuck hand out gave him thumbs up and he honked and waved bak to me. Awesome end of the night for sure.

Way to kick some rice-burner ass. People sometimes underestimate our rides but with 340+ RWHP and weighing in at 3400 lbs. we have mid 12 sec. vehicles which is serious stuff. To get a GTI or WRX in that range takes alot more then some headers and an air intake. Beware the T/A's and SS's on the street

i havent had anything worth looking at in a while. nothing but full on grocery getters(civics, accords, and even a corolla surprisingly). not worth the gas in even toying with them. but when i drive my gf's neon i see c5's, c6's, mustangs, and even a few acura's. never when im driving the camaro for some reason. win or lose doesnt matter to me. i just want something that i can't guarantee a win. that will beat back the boredom for a while.

lol i know exactly what you mean just two weeks ago in my gf's g6 some douche in an 05ish gt black with silver stripes windows half way down staring us down in a g6 cuz that prolly his only competition. never in my car it seems
