02 SS vs 03-04 cobra??

But really.. wouldnt a Turbo on a Ls1 be enough to run a Cobra besides spraying

A 4v engine will make more power than a 2v engine. Put 16 psi on an 03 Cobra and 16 psi on a 5.4 with 8.5 CR and the 4.6 will make more power.

I bet a 3V 5.4 with 16psi will make more power than a 4V 4.6 w/ 16psi. That extra valve prolly would help the 4V make more overall and high rpm HP (I agree with that), but I think the torque and seat of the pants power will go to the 5.4 2V with 16 psi. What do you think?

The average trap speed at my local track for these cars where 110. No crappin ya. But I did se one with my own to eyse with the wondow sticker still in the window trap a 115 and the driver was only running 13.5 " He was a newby in every way" But still thats one insane trap speed for a stock car!

a buddy ofmine has a '02 A4 z28 with corsa only and he raced a local guy that has an '03 cobra..he didnt get beat bad at all...mabye 2 cars tops... thats not bad considering the cobra is 390 stock and the z28 is 310 stock... i thought the z28 did well. i'm sure that the cobras are the same as any other sports car, "some are fraks and some arent" but i do admit, if i ever bought a mustang...the 03-04 cobra would be the puppy i'd take home

i agree, ive seen a cam only ls1 with a 75 shot and some bolt ons get dominated by a 04 cobra with only k&n filter, full exhaust, pulley, and custom tune.

its possible to beat a pullied cobra when youre cam only because ive done it.
but when they have a pulley, full exhaust, airbox and tuning, forget about it, the cobra will pull away easily.
