nope, my trans is stock and a stock converter, but all that has been taken care of i get the car back on monday, and i hope by the following wednesday i can get some good racing in after i break the trans in a little bit.
im making power to about 6,500 also, i love the sound of it when you get on it, and i just have a cutout

A stall makes a night and day difference. You are gonna need some BIG stickies to keep that thing planted.

Well, it is how it transfers power. A high stall converter like the one you got will greater multiply the torque created by your engine. You will feel more thrust, it is hard to explain really. I had a stall in one project I had, and it messed up and started spewing tranny fluid. I took it out, and put the stocker back in there, man I didn't even like driving it anymore. It transferred the power TOTALLY different. Also, the stall speed is kinda like "dropping the clutch" at higher rpm. That moth*f*cka is gonna rip dude when you lay into it.
I want you to tell me what you think after you drive it with the stall. PM me or sumthin.
