Why upgrade anything on that car? Why not just keep it running good? Not to mention you came onto a ls1 site and asked does anyone know a good cam or header for my honda crap engine. I am sure there are hundreds of honda forums that would have dozens of different cams and owners with real world experience with these cams.

I was not trying to be a dick but after reading over my posts I can see thats how i sounded.... oops. But come on why come here where Hondas are at the bottom of the car food chain and ask a question like that. Honda guys would know and know more details about the performance and drivability.
