No need to hate on the 350Zs. They are very nice cars. And if you are in S.Florida, there are a lot of them rolling around with over 500 wrhp. They will put down some good number$. Lots of people put money into those cars. Me. personally, I would rather put less money into an LS1 and get more power w/o forced induction.
Some say 500 hp N/A is the same as 500 hp Turboed. (not true) You don't have lag with N/A and torque is typically higher with N/A at lower rpms.
It's gotta be fast and sexy.
    93 Supra T 6spd,(1 of 197) 1K WHP build under way. Streetable!!!!!
94 Supra Turbo(1 of 549) 600 rwhp on pump gas. 700+ rwhp on race fuel.

I almost bought a 350z last week... but it didn't make sense to. I could get the same mpg in an lt1/ls1. it would have been nicer on the curvy roads, but that's about it. oh yeah interior is 100 times better than any f-body or c5 corvette.

I have no hate for the Z line, they've all been stylish, capable cars. I got my ass handed to me by a 300Z a while back. While they may be 6-cylinders, they're basically the standard 'muscle' cars of the import world. And they were the last car beside f-bodies to have t-tops, that counts for something too!

no... an import muscle car is a 240sx with a q45 motor swapped in. that's an import muscle car.

The interior may look better than an F-body or C5, but the quality is on par or in some cases actually worse. Everything is extremely cheap low-sheen plastic, and the interior falls apart in no time. Typical Nissan interior, they are crap.

The new 370Z interior looks really nice and seems like a huge improvement over the 350Z, but I haven't been inside on in person to see if the quality is actually better.

I didn't feel any lack of quality in either the 350z or the 370z. they both feel solid to me. I might just be giving it undue credit, but it looks and feels amazing. 370z nismo felt like a track car with some bells and whistles when I got in it. (didn't get to test drive it, but did test the normal 370z and loved it)

Ive actually sold several 350Z's and they have terrible interiors to say the least. The rubber pieces detach from the hard plastic. The center lid that opens upwards sometimes just doesnt open at all. The seat cloth always has issues and interior rattles alot. Is it a nice looking car, yes.

Brian is right. I thought it was a 350. The infiniti is the same car, though, right? And I was giving you props, bud.

I figured your giving me a thumbs up i appreciate it, just didnt put 2 and 2 together. The 350Z's stock usually pull about 240whp and the G37's usually pull about 270-280whp. With the intake and exhaust he has maybe 285-295 give or take. He pulls easily on 350Z's. I really love the way the G37's look, its just were i live there too many of them, especially 335's.

Yes the G35/ 350z is on the same platform. In Japan the G35 body is a skyline model (Nissan Skyline 350GT)

G37 and 370Z share the same engine and drive train, not sure about the platform between the two.

I caught a guy in traffic here one morning that said Fairchild on it, and he said it was from Canada, and thus badged. At first, I would be scared. But it wouldn't do much better than a Boxster.
