Actually, the brakes are very much improved. With the old setup, I would get one good push on the pedal at the top end of the track. On the next push, the pedal always felt like it was going to the floor. Scared myself a couple of times and I always had to warn anyone that drove it on what to expect. The pedal still is not as firm as I would like, but the car stops way better now. As it was a combination of issues before -- old worn rotors, factory hoses, and pads of unknown origin, I simply cannot say how much of a difference the braided lines have made.

Pulled intake, fuel rail, coil packs, valve covers, plugs wires, headers. Pulled the factory PCV system out and replaced with the updated PCV valve, brass tee, and fuel line hose. In the process of pulling a broken header bolt so it will seal, then pull and clean plugs, pull and clean O2 sensors, then hopefully I can get it to pass emissions. Ordered a catch can, and that will go on when it shows up. Car is chugging on the highway when I maintain throttle. Found oil in the air filter, Maf, intake, coating the plugs and O2's and blowing out the exhaust. Found a loose plug, and wire, so maybe that was my whole problem. UGh. Also found an open vacuum line at tee behind intake that I didn't plug when I pulled out AIR. Fixed that too.

Slapped everything back together. Fired it up. First time in prob 6 months. Threw codes for cylinder 1 misfire, and numerous coil secondary codes. Unplugged both coil master wiring plugs, cleared codes, purred like a kitten. Gave her a bath. Took her for a long ride. Stopped at OReilly's and picked up a pair of 13111's. Hopefully that will fix my problem. Threw the o2 and lean bank on the same side code. The o2's that are in it came used with my used headers, so a new pair should fix it. Tomorrw I will get them changed, pull all the plugs(again) and clean the MAF (again). Then, hopefully the emissions guys won't use their mirror.

Yeah. The CETA mod always looks great. Some people have told me to do it with flat black, I'm not convinced.

Yeah I thought about that but I am not sure either, I would have to see it done first before, I would do it. But anyways this is the color my TA will be but with black accents on the hood scoops, sail panel, spoiler, mirrors, and I'll do the ceta mod too.

Changed the oil, lcas and panhard. Wasn't fun putting 72ftlbs with a knuckle and half inch torque wrench.

Hopefully will get to the belts and air filter next weekend.

Injectors look cool, almost looks like they were painted to match. Also for my FAST 102 I have been trying to decide between the billet fuel rail and an oem ls2 fuel rail. How do you like the FAST fuel rail? Is there any real benefit to a billet over the ls2 oem fuel rail?

I'll tell you this, the FAST rails require a lot of finesse to get the injectors to seat properly- Shimming, re-adjusting, etc. I've had these for years, and I loathe every time I have to pull them. I'd probably look hard at the LS2 rail. And yes, the injectors were painted also.
