What did you do with your Trans Am today?

Jeff (not Pajeff), mine rides and handles much the same as a 4th gen. It doesn't quite go like one yet, though.

Dawn went shopping last weekend and pulled the trigger on a '70 Camaro. A guy she works with mentioned that his sister's husband had one that he wanted to sell. Ever since Zach picked up his second gen I have been eyeing them up. I'll post a thread with the details after we get her home.

They are my favorite. Before I got the Trans Am I just about had a 73 in my Garage. The guy tore it all apart and realized he was in over his head and sold it to a guy with a drag car who robbed motor,and front end was selling the remains for $800. I had it figured it would have taken me about $16 G's to finish and that was more than I had at that time so passed it up

I've always loved the 2nd gens. This one rolled out of my driveway several months ago. It was only by the grace of GOD that I caught it before it was too late. It was the driveway across the street when I caught it.

Really looking forward to picking ours up. Sucks that we get it on Friday and have to head downstate Saturday for a wedding.

Made another and hopefully this time the last repair of a oil leak on my oil catch can. Went to a different set up last year and been nothing but a P.O.S.

Is anyone going to attend the all Pontiac Show put on by Susquehanna Valley GTO club (SVGTO) ?. It's Aug 15th in Landis illegal PA at Herr park. I was there last year, it's a pretty cool show. I'm going back this year. I hope to see some of you Md & PA guys there. The T/A's made a good showing last time.

Put my "Q edition" splitter on from 6LE. Must say I'm really liking it so far. It really gives the car a lowered look at stock ride height. Koni str.t's should be here Wednesday, and hopefully Ill have them on by the weekend.

The car is pretty dirty, it sat for 10 days while I was in Myrtle Beach.

Installed the SJM line lock! Arming switch is in the ashtray, LED is between the TCS and convertible switch! I snuck the micro-switch through the shifter boot! Easy to hold with a finger tip and not let go of the shifter!😊

I'll test it out tomorrow!😄

Assume you had to bleed your brakes on your car when you were done? Were there any issues, heard these cars are hard to bleed brakes on and some require a tech ii tool (abs/traction control)?
PS: any interest in selling the rear brake line you took off to add your line lock, mines kinda bent up...PLMK

I pretty much let it gravity bleed as I did the install! Used a roll of paper towels as I went! I'll find out how well it worked after work tonite!

Still had a very firm pedal when testing operation last night!
