Read this article. It explains it quite well in easy to understand terms. Also, keep your ABS

Black/ Silver- 98 TA WS6/ 01 C5 Corvette
Fiddled with the ultrasonic cleaner at work to clean up some rocker arms. Our machine is one that we use to make stuff safe for use with pure O2 in compliance with CGA regulations. Here is the difference.
This was only after 480 seconds in the cleaner and they didn't appear dirty except oil stained by looking at them prior to putting them in.1998 Trans Am WS6 - Phantom

Went out for a ride this evening and violated several sections of the Motor Vehicle Code. The weather will be turning soon and she'll be parked for approximately 5 months - have to enjoy her while we can.

Went out this morning and started up the monster to go to work. Hit the headlights and d/s decided it was time to stop working. I taped on the side of the motor and it pops up. GREAT! Drove to work and hit the switch to turn it off, and GRIND as it went into the closed position. Oh well, it's the org and I just replaced 1 on my brothers TA, so at least I know what's in store for me.

Black / White- '00 T/A M6/'19 Hemi Truck
Drove mine to work this morning...40 degrees is the high but no snow so I figured why not? Stopped to get gas at shell, stepped out of the car, lady pulls up in an escalade and decides to come over and look at it while I'm pumping gas, and proceeded to tell me how nice it was and how much fun it must be to drive

What did you do with your Trans Am today?
Found and fixed a vacuum leak and put a new battery in. Finally installing my tick master cylinder Thursday. Looking at new clutches now. Thinking a Monster 450 hp stage 1 for now. Colorado Speed is running a pretty decent sale.

Right there with ya. It's about time to put the car away until spring. Now I am pondering over weather to put a new tq converter in, or a whole new ride tech air ride system? Or just do both?

From this last weekend. Got my second ticket in it. 50 in a 40. Not a big deal out here. Do it alongside most cops all the time. Just happened to walk it by a rook. Got to stretch its legs out about a half hour before. The TA likes to stretch its legs a LOT. Puts a smile on your face to have to hold it back. Open desert highways, radar detector, little traffic...

^^ Still in disbelief at the law enforcement presence in AZ. I can literally drive back and forth to the Courthouse (about a 24 mile round trip on a major secondary highway) and not see a Trooper for weeks at a time. Out there, I would see 3 to 4 everywhere I went.

It reallly seems to be hit or miss. THe 10 between phoenix and tucson is the worst. But, I can make the drive and not see a cop, or see ten plus. Seems like afternoons are the best time to spot one.

We were originally planning to be in AZ last week... then it changed to March, and now it may be off completely.

Pewter- 2002 Trans Am WS6 M6
Yeah ive looked at the LS7 clutch but if driven and launched aggressively they fail a lot faster. They were developed for the Z06 drive train not ours which is a lot rougher on them. Plus the self adjusting plate seems to be pretty troublesome for alot of people. Different materials too LS7 is organic and the Monster is Kevlar. Monster is rated at RWHP vs GMs flywheel hp so in that regard they both hold about the same just debating on doing a stage 1 or stage 2 monster.

Yeah I was going to get a LS7 clutch just knowing what I plan on doing in the next year or 2 to the car I started researching it like hell and found all that out. Seems to be that once you get about 50 hp over stock thats when they started having issues. And I plan on doing a new intake and cam possibly heads next year or a little later.
