Trev - I visited the UK back in 2005 to work with a customer which was building rail cars. I used to design rail car components for the rail industry for 13 years in my prior life. I now sell rail car components. I stayed in York, Doncaster, and a night in London. Loved my time there and hope to get back again before my time is up.

    Jon,

Fascinating to learn you are in this field!

I have to say i have never been to either York or Doncaster!!

Traveled to Derby a few times when i was with the railway though.

Where i live in Eastleigh was once a huge Railway town with a carriageworks
and refurbishment facility but after numerous "takeovers" it is a shadow of
    it's former self.

What was the customer you were dealing with i wonder?

Wow that looks nice kingls1. When I made up my catch can I went the cheapest route possible. I also hid the bottle out of the engine bay where the AIR pump use to live. Then used the AIR tubes for the oil return lines. There is no pressure involved, so it made sense to me. Only cost about $50 when all was said and done. Really cleaned up the engine bay getting rid of the EGR and AIR tubing.

Hey thanks. I also went cheap, $35 on eBay and some braided lines from summit another $20 so I'm right there with ya.I also like the look of no egr and when I did the Ls6 intake I also replaced. The valley plate and removed all the tubing around the intake.

I don't recall, honestly. The company changed ownership many different times over a short period of time. The application we were working on was for what was called "Axle Motion III - our name" - it was a truck assembly where the axles moved during application.

Been fiddling with the laser machine at work and knocked this little number up.

Just a little nod to Steve and his excellent work and obviously to help dress up

    Nice work.

You've go to do the wire hide mod. It cleans up that area a lot. It kinda irks me to see wires there now after doing mine. I did both sides.
