any changes needed to ride 18x10.5 in the back?

so i dented one of my rims on a pothole here in NJ -_-

anyways i was thinking about going this route:

    FITMENT: Fits stock 4th generation Camaros 1993 - 2002 and stock Firebird & 4th generation Trans Am - 1993 - 2002

    MAKE: Corvette
    PRODUCT: C5 Style Deep Dish
    FRONT WHEEL SIZE: 17x9.5
    FRONT WHEEL OFFSET: 54mm
    REAR WHEEL SIZE: 18x10.5
    REAR WHEEL OFFSET: 56mm
    BOLT PATTERN: 5-120.65
    FINISH: Polished

this way ill get a new look, and only have to buy 2 new tires..

My question is: do i have to change anything to ride 18x10.5 in the back?

    No,

On top of the spring in the rear there is a rubber isolator... You remove that and replace it with 3/4in hose.

    Lowers the car about 1/2in

Oh i see i'll look into doing that. Its already pretty low in the rear but thats because of the pro kit (sucks)

I have these wheels, just posted a pic in this thread: http://www.ls1.com/forums/showthread...89#post2583989
this is my first set of polished rims and believe me polished rims on a dd takes lots of patience to maintain. I have 18x 10.5 all around 275 and 335's prokit in front stock in rear, (havn't rolled the rear fenders yet)
